Jason Arebalos is a Project Superintendent for Stryker & Company.  His recent projects include the Re-roof of the VOA Valley Manor, the remodel of the PIC Place and remodel work at Montrose Memorial Hospital.. During Jason’s 30 years in the construction industry he has completed over $70 million of commercial construction.  In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family, UTV riding and Jeep adventures.

Zane Brown

Zane is a third-generation builder of the Brown family.  His Grandfather, Roy Brown, was a Concrete Contractor and built many homes in Montrose. 
He also worked on the Gunnison Tunnel during its construction.
His Father, Russell Brown was a Journeyman Carpenter, and worked on all of the local Dams, including Blue Mesa, Morrow Point, and Crystal.
Zane brings 40 years’ experience in the construction of numerous Agricultural, Industrial, and Commercial projects throughout the Western United States, Maui Hawaii, and the MarshalI Islands.
Zane enjoys exploring jeep trails and back roads in the high country with friends and family on ATVs.

Dusty Duncan

Dusty Duncan started his career with Stryker and Company in July of 2016. Before that, he was a Project Manager for a Luxury Home builder in Aspen Colorado for four years. Dusty was recruited to Aspen upon completion of his bachelors degree in Applied Human Sciences with a focus in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Construction has been a passion Dusty's throughout his life. While growing up in Montrose, Colorado, He was exposed to the construction trade as a child while helping His Grandad and Dad build their cabins on Stormking Mountain.
  
Once out of high school, He pursued a career in construction working in several different trades before determining that he wanted to manage entire projects instead of one specific trade. He decided to persue a degree to better his career in construction at Colorado State University, one of the greatest Construction Management programs in the countryHe has been managing projects since accomplishing his degree in May of 2012Growing up riding the mountains around Montrose, Dusty's greatest passion/hobby is snowmobiling. He also enjoys mountain biking, camping, fishing, hunting and many more hobby’s centered around the great outdoors Montrose has to offer.
