Stryker & Company converted an old tunnel carwash into a primary care and dental operatory clinic in Montrose, Colorado, as a design-build project, working alongside Motley Architecture and Design, Del-Mont Consultants, and Burggraaf Associates. The team added a new stucco exterior, upgraded insulation, high-efficiency HVAC, and LED lighting throughout to support long-term affordable healthcare delivery.
