Stryker & Company restored and adapted the former Montrose Potato Growers Co-op Building, a 1929 post-and-beam landmark once home to the Fruit and Produce Association, into The Association, an event and gathering space with vendor areas and food offerings. Using Historic Tax Credits, the project converted the first floor from storage to an assembly occupancy while preserving the basement for storage and flexible event use, and added a new parking lot along with site improvements at the adjacent Storm King Distilling facility. The project carries a Colorado state historical restoration award.
