Stryker & Company converted an old tunnel carwash into a primary care and dental operatory clinic in Montrose, Colorado, as a design-build project, working alongside Motley Architecture and Design, Del-Mont Consultants, and Burggraaf Associates.
River Valley Health
Stryker & Company delivered an 11,200 square foot, grant-funded family medical clinic for River Valley Family Health Center as a design-build project.
Montrose Surgical Specialists
Stryker & Company is completing the tenant improvement and build-out of a new 6,966 square foot medical office for Montrose Surgical Specialists, including exam rooms, provider offices, reception and waiting areas, and administrative space with MEP systems tailored to a medical practice.
